These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.qelmarzano.com (the “Site”) and purchases made directly from Qelmarzano through the Site. Qelmarzano is operated by Rugao Smiling Healthcare Teconolgy Dev Co.Ltd. (“Qelmarzano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
